(hereinafter referred to as \u201cCompany\u201d) and their clients. Nomio d.o.o. is an umbrella brand for a multitude of brands listed on the Europe Stag Do website. Once the Client completes the booking, it is presumed that they accept these&nbsp; General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le client accepte les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales en commandant des services aupr\u00e8s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, que ce soit par l'interm\u00e9diaire du site web, du courrier \u00e9lectronique ou du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, en effectuant un paiement sans commande pr\u00e9alable ou de toute autre mani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client is responsible for all the costs and consequences which may occur due to incorrect information they have provided when making a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La marque de l'entreprise et le site web ainsi que tous ses composants (code de programmation, design, photographies, textes, etc.) et toutes les sous-pages sont la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle des propri\u00e9taires de l'entreprise et sont donc prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par des droits d'auteur. Outside of that, it will be kept private and confidential, except when applicable by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All information submitted by the Company (websites, promotional material, other agencies\u2019 information) are strictly informative and are subject to cancellation, change or modification due to heavy traffic, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termes utilis\u00e9s et leur explication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paquet<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The entire service package the Client booked, defined as a tour, day trip, or holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; an individual activity or an activity inside the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>100% Money-Back Guaranteed<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 If we can\u2019t deliver the service as promised and the Client is not satisfied, they should communicate the complaint directly to our staff in less than 24 hours after the activity. If we agree on the issue, the Client can get the money back paid for that specific activity, but not for the whole package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Price Guarantee<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; We try to offer the best possible prices. In case competitors offer exactly the same activity or package at a lower rate, we would try to match their price if that&#8217;s possible. This is not applicable after the booking was confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9servations et paiements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client is booking more than 60 days in advance of the travel date for a package or activity with a total price of 500 \u20ac or more, we require the payment of a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining balance to be paid 60 days prior to the departure date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client is booking within 60 days of the departure date, full payment will be due at the time of booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le paiement doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 selon les m\u00e9thodes et les d\u00e9lais sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s sur le site web, sauf accord contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We cannot guarantee any availability on the required date and time before the payment or deposit is finalized.<br><br>If full payment is not received 60 days prior to the departure date, we reserve the right to cancel the activity or package and deem the deposit non refundable regardless of the Client\u2019s Cancellation Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client makes a late payment before the booking is cancelled by us, the client is obliged to pay a late fee of 19 \u20ac per day from the first day after the due date unless a different agreement has been made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client fails to cover all payments due (including all fees if any) in full within 7 days of receiving a reminder, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to the availability of chosen arrangements, we will confirm an activity or package by issuing a confirmation invoice. This invoice will be sent to the client who booked the activity or package, regardless of the amount of people in the group. The client must check the invoice carefully and contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Annulation ou\/et modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the time of cancellation the following cancellation fees apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations up to 60 days before departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50% du prix du voyage seront rembours\u00e9s en cas d'annulation entre 31 et 60 jours avant le d\u00e9part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aucun (0%) des frais de voyage ne sera rembours\u00e9 en cas d'annulation moins de 30 jours avant le d\u00e9part ou en cas de non-pr\u00e9sentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For cancelled reservations we can apply your cancellation penalties to a future reservation. In the event of a change, the Company will endeavour to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. Par cons\u00e9quent, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier le programme du circuit (itin\u00e9raire), mais s'efforcera d'informer le client de la modification dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the Client fails to have proper gear which is required for a certain tour\/activity, the Company or their representative reserves the right to refuse the Client\u2019s participation in the tour\/activity, without a chance of refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant la confirmation de la r\u00e9servation, le client peut apporter des modifications sans frais. The final offer stands as a confirmation statement of selected services and is a part of the Company\u2019s contract with the Client. The package price does not include (unless agreed otherwise):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les excursions et visites facultatives (non obligatoires\/suppl\u00e9mentaires),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les frais d'obtention et de d\u00e9livrance des visas, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nourriture et boissons et autres services suppl\u00e9mentaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'assurance voyage,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tout autre service non sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans l'offre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les types de services sp\u00e9ciaux sur place (chambre individuelle de derni\u00e8re minute, r\u00e9gime sp\u00e9cial, etc.) sont \u00e0 la charge du client et doivent \u00eatre command\u00e9s lors de la r\u00e9servation. Si un client demande un service sp\u00e9cial pendant le circuit\/l'activit\u00e9, il doit le payer directement au guide ou au repr\u00e9sentant de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, dans la devise du pays concern\u00e9. Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit d'augmenter le prix et le droit d'annulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les prix sont exprim\u00e9s en \u20ac (euros), sauf indication contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut demander une augmentation du prix contractuel si les faits suivants se sont produits apr\u00e8s la conclusion du contrat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un changement du taux de change par rapport \u00e0 la date de publication du programme,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une modification des co\u00fbts de transport (carburant, p\u00e9age routier, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A change in hotels or carriers\u2019 fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company can inform customers of the change verbally or in writing. The Client may cancel the tour free of charge if the changed price is more than 10% higher, at the latest within 48 hours after the notice. If the customer fails to cancel the tour within the stated term, it shall be deemed that they agree to the changed price. The published prices are the result of the Company\u2019s contract with suppliers\/partners and they may not correspond to the prices stated on the spot, at the Client\u2019s destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le client est en retard \u00e0 une activit\u00e9, nous essaierons toujours de vous proposer l'activit\u00e9 plus tard que pr\u00e9vu, mais si cela n'est pas possible, vous ne pourrez pas pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 un remboursement. Si vous savez que vous serez en retard, veuillez nous en informer d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, vous souhaitez terminer une activit\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t que pr\u00e9vu, vous n'avez droit \u00e0 aucun remboursement ni \u00e0 aucune r\u00e9duction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se r\u00e9serve le droit absolu de refuser une r\u00e9servation \u00e0 sa discr\u00e9tion, pour n'importe quelle raison et \u00e0 n'importe quel moment. Les clients acceptent l'autorit\u00e9 et les d\u00e9cisions de nos employ\u00e9s, guides et affili\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'entreprise se r\u00e9serve le droit d'annuler un voyage ou des activit\u00e9s en toutes circonstances, mais s'efforcera d'\u00e9viter de le faire, sauf en cas d'absolue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company is not accountable for any other bookings made by the Client with other providers, such as tours, transfers, flights, etc. If in the event of a changed itinerary, the Company does not guarantee any time of tour departure or arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assurance annulation de base<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client can buy Cancellation Insurance upon booking as a guarantee that covers the total price of the activity or package which includes most service fees and charges. The client gets a full refund in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'assurance annulation couvre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<br>Illness &#8211; A physical or mental condition confirmed by a doctor that prevents you from attending the booked package.<br>Injury &#8211; A bodily injury confirmed by a doctor that prevents you from attending the booked package.<br>Death &#8211; or death of your close relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for a refund is written cancellation within 48 hours after the reason for the cancellation occurs. The client who has purchased Cancellation Insurance can cancel at the latest 72 hours before the start of activity or package to be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous devez fournir les documents requis dans les 15 jours suivant l'annulation. Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception de votre documentation compl\u00e8te et confirmation de sa validit\u00e9, nous vous rembourserons votre argent dans un d\u00e9lai de 90 jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documentation should include a valid certificate of inability to travel, from which it is clear that the client was not able to travel on dates for which the activity or package was booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In groups of 5 or more that are not members of the same family, maximum 30% of the group members are eligible to get the money back &#8211; for example if the group consists of 10 people, max 3 people can get the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le non-respect des d\u00e9lais de paiement sans pr\u00e9avis n'est pas couvert par l'assurance annulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t refund costs of Cancellation Insurance and payment fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Premium Cancellation Insurance &#8211; Cancel for any reason (CFAR) Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client can buy CFAR Insurance as a guarantee that covers the total price of the activity or package which includes most service fees and charges. The client gets a refund in case of cancellation for any reason, the amount depending on the time frame of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for a refund is written cancellation 72 hours before the start of activity or package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30% of accommodation costs are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days before the start of the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t refund costs of CFAR Insurance and payment fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COVID-19 \/ Remboursement pour circonstances extr\u00eames<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of the government closing borders or any other official restrictions that prevent travel to Slovenia on your chosen dates, we offer either a date change free of charge or a refund (except for minimum administrative costs, credit card fees and possible penalty fees from the accommodation providers &#8211; no more than 30% of the accommodation price). In case of a date change, we reserve the right to adjust the booking price according to a potential price change of any part of the Client\u2019s offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et vie priv\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being. We don\u2019t encourage any of our clients to engage in any dangerous activity or to drink excessively. The Company cannot accept any responsibility if the Client for example drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients should thoroughly evaluate their physical capabilities and mental capacities for participation in tours by the Company before their booking. In case of incapability, the Company can deny the Client\u2019s participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All venue partners (including activities, bars, restaurants, clubs, accommodations&#8230;) reserve the right to refuse the Client\u2019s entry or remove them from activities\/venues due to various reasons such as the Client being drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or practicing any anti-social behavior. The Company accepts no liability in mentioned events and refunds are not possible in such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some programs include alcohol consumption and are suitable only for participants aged 18 years or older. Proof of age must be provided at the time of participation. As proof of age, we only accept official identification such as Passport, driver\u2019s license and other proof of age (18 plus) cards. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other non-government-issued identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By making a booking every client agrees that the Company has the right to publish all the photos and videos that were made during the program (the photos and videos could include every client) in promotional and commercial intentions. If the Client does not agree, they should state that before the beginning of a tour\/activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage all clients to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their financial investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plaintes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le client a une plainte \u00e0 formuler, il doit la porter imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l'attention du guide touristique ou de l'agent de r\u00e9servation. Ainsi, notre \u00e9quipe aura la possibilit\u00e9 de rectifier la situation apr\u00e8s \u00e9valuation de la plainte. D'\u00e9ventuelles modifications du voyage dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de la satisfaction du client ne peuvent \u00eatre apport\u00e9es que si la plainte est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pendant le voyage. Les plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement ne seront pas prises en consid\u00e9ration. Si la plainte est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pendant le voyage et que le probl\u00e8me n'est pas r\u00e9solu, une autre plainte doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par \u00e9crit aupr\u00e8s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les 24 heures suivant la fin du voyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est un interm\u00e9diaire entre le Client et un prestataire de services. Bien que notre \u00e9quipe se consacre \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 la fourniture des meilleurs services, nous ne pouvons \u00eatre tenus responsables des erreurs, des contretemps ou des n\u00e9gligences commises par des tiers. En cas de probl\u00e8me avec l'un des services fournis par notre fournisseur\/partenaire, vous devez le r\u00e9soudre directement avec lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients must follow the instructions by the Company, stated in correspondence, product\u2019s webpage\/brochure or instructions by the Company\u2019s guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se r\u00e9serve le droit d'annuler le programme \u00e0 tout moment si le Client n'ob\u00e9it pas aux instructions du guide touristique et semble susceptible de compromettre le d\u00e9roulement s\u00fbr et confortable du voyage, de sorte que le Client peut \u00eatre exclu de tout ou partie du voyage. Dans ce cas, le client n'a droit \u00e0 aucun remboursement et doit couvrir tous les frais suppl\u00e9mentaires qu'il encourt de ce fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients need to disclose any pertinent information that could potentially affect the experience or other clients. In case crucial information is not disclosed to the Company prior to the experience and this causes any additional costs, the Client is obliged to cover them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are expected to obey local laws and regulations and any failure to do so will relieve the Company of all obligations that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions. Any damage or losses caused by the Client is the responsibility of the Client. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time directly to the supplier or the Company. If the Client fails to do so, they will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients need to have a valid identification document with them at all times. As stated by the law, every Slovenian citizen or country\u2019s visitor is obliged to have a valid ID present, and if asked to be identified by the police, the Client is aware that they could be charged with a penalty if they failed to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9charge de responsabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n'est pas responsable des dommages corporels ou mat\u00e9riels r\u00e9sultant (sans s'y limiter) : des efforts physiques auxquels le client n'est pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ; des forces de la nature (force majeure) ; des collisions avec des bicyclettes, des pi\u00e9tons ou des automobiles ; de l'\u00e9tat des routes, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, l'absence d'accotement et les surfaces de la chauss\u00e9e affect\u00e9es par les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques ; les voyages en avion, en train, en voiture, en bateau ou autre moyen de transport, ou \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, \u00e0 ski, \u00e0 cheval, \u00e0 pied, ou toute autre forme de voyage actif ou d'aventure ; la consommation de boissons alcoolis\u00e9es ; les troubles civils ; le terrorisme ; les pannes d'\u00e9quipement ; la haute altitude ; le manque d'acc\u00e8s ou l'acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux soins m\u00e9dicaux dans les r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es, ou l'ad\u00e9quation des soins m\u00e9dicaux une fois qu'ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prodigu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les clients qui ne fournissent pas une d\u00e9charge de responsabilit\u00e9 sign\u00e9e avant le d\u00e9part ne seront pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 participer au voyage et la politique d'annulation standard s'appliquera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limites de responsabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company is not liable for Client\u2019s extra expenses such as meals, transportation or extra hotel costs that are not included in the trip cost but may be required to get to or from a trip start or end.
